Referral Program Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Dytabank Referral Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

To be eligible for a payout, the following conditions must be met:
a. Your referral account must have a minimum of R1000 in rewards funds.
b. You must have completed 100% of your profile on Dytabank.com.

To refer new users, you must provide
a. Proof of income and expenses.
b. A recent bank statement that clearly shows salary and expenses for verification purposes.

The Dytabank Referral Program is valid from 15 January 2025 to 30 June 2025. All
referrals made within this period are eligible for rewards if the other requirements
are met.

Once you meet the payout eligibility conditions, your reward funds will be credited
to your Dytabank account. These funds can be withdrawn in accordance with
Dytabank’s withdrawal policy.

a. Zero Tolerance for Fraud: Dytabank has a strict zero tolerance policy towards any
fraudulent activities, including but not limited to fake accounts, false identity, or
attempts to manipulate the referral system.

b. Account Verification: All users must undergo identity and financial verification
before qualifying for rewards. We reserve the right to request additional information
or documentation to verify the legitimacy of your referral activity.

c. Referral Verification: Each referral is subject to verification, and if Dytabank
detects any suspicious or fraudulent activity, the referral will be disqualified, and
rewards will be revoked.

d. No Self-Referral: Self-referrals, or attempts to create multiple accounts to earn
rewards through one individual or device, will not be tolerated and will result in
disqualification from the program.

Dytabank reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time,
with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on the Dytabank website and will
apply to new referrals.

All referrals must comply with Dytabank’s terms of use, and any fraudulent activity
will result in disqualification from the Referral Program and possible account
suspension.

By participating in the Referral Program, you consent to the collection, use, and
storage of your personal data in accordance with Dytabank’s Privacy Policy.

Dytabank reserves the right to extend the program period at its discretion.

By participating in this program, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dytabank
from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from fraudulent or illegal activity
associated with your participation in the program.

Any disputes or issues arising out of this Referral Program shall be resolved
according to Dytabank’s standard dispute resolution procedures. Dytabank’s
decisions regarding any referral-related matters are final and binding.
